The business model is largely based on the Aggregation Model.
We aggregate popular Audio Visual content such as Bollywood Films, Film songs, Music Videos, Regional Films, Animated Clips, Short Films and other entertainment content and acquire their rights for exploitation and exhibition across multiple digital platforms including – Digital TV (C&S TV), DTH, IPTV, Web TV, Mobile, Handheld Devices and other personal entertainment devices.
The said rights are acquired from the original World Rights Holders – such as Production Houses and Film Studios.
We then bundle and sub-license the rights to leading blue chip media companies who exhibit the same on their various platforms.
The model is entirely risk free and we only enter into post release deals. Content is ONLY acquired once we witness client demand for the said content. Content is typically NOT purchased without having a confirmed client ready to sub-license the same.
Most broadcasters as a policy do NOT buy Exclusive rights, hence the opportunity for aggregators such as exists.
