Budding star Jiah Khan was the brand ambassador of the awards.

Everyone seemed happy to go back to school as Bharatstudent.com announced the launch of its Campus Awards 2007, a first-of-its-kind initiative focussing on the student community. Budding star Jiah Khan was the brand ambassador of the awards.

Dressed in a figure-hugging black number with black stockings to match, she unveiled the logo and happily posed for shutterbugs on Friday night.

Also thoroughly excited was Nisha Harale who pepped up the proceedings with her super-charged energy. She looked like a cheerleader in her white-and-red outfit with red canvas shoes. Co-host Manish Anand complemented her with his schoolboy charm and enthusiasm.

Looking pleased as punch was Vishnu Vardhan Induri, CEO, Bharatstudent.com, who said that the awards was a unique platform to grade the best campuses (schools and colleges) based on perceptional and factual parameters.

And while the awards are yet to come, it was time for a fashion show with Sayali Bhagat, Anchal Kumar, Shonal Rawat and Priyanka Shah and male models Hanif Hilal and Ajay and Vijay Balhara showing off some contemporary campus creations.

Enjoying the back- to-school experience were Leena Mogre who chatted with Soketu Parikh, model Mridula Thombre, Gary Richardson, Kanwaljit Singh and Sarbani Mukherji.

And walking in late, after the fashion show, was Bobby Darling who pranced around the place.
